I really didn’t expect the X300 Ultra to feel like such a big step up after using the X300 Pro for so long, but it surprised me almost immediately.
What I enjoy the most is the 400mm telephoto extender. It completely changed the way I shoot details in Prague. Rooftops, distant trams, little moments across the river, suddenly all of that feels much more within reach, and not just as a fun extra, but as something I genuinely keep using.
Video also feels much more serious here. The X300 Pro was already very good, but the Ultra gives me more confidence when I want results that feel closer to my main camera setup.
And what I like is that it still keeps the ZEISS look and the overall camera-focused experience I already enjoyed before, just in a more refined way.
If the X300 Pro was the phone I loved carrying every day, the X300 Ultra feels like the one I can actually trust even more when I want to create something properly.
