When I do not want to carry a backpack at all, I take the OneGo Solo V2 6L sling instead.

It still fits two cameras or camera with an extra lens, which is more than enough for most casual photo walks around Prague. Light, quick to open on the move, and it looks like a normal everyday bag rather than camera gear.
